Research of a microcirculation condition and haemorheology at men and women of middle age with the compensated and noncompensated

The aim of the research was studying of the character of changes of microcirculation condition at persons of middle age with the compensated and noncompensated diabetes mellitus type 2. 95 patients of middle age with compensated and 100 patients with noncompensated diabetes mellitus type 2 were surveyed. It has been established that all patients irrespective of compensation level of disease had the disorders of microcirculation condition which concerned its vascular and intravascular components, the increase of erythrocyte aggregation ability and the disorders of transport function of microcirculation. However the degree of microvessels permeability, erythrocyte aggregation ability and the expressiveness of intravascular disorders of microcirculation were higher at patients with noncompensated form of disease, than at patients with compensated diabetes mellitus type 2. The level of oxygen pressure in tissues was higher at women both with compensated, and noncompensated, than at men, and was in limits of normal values.
